Cheltenham Township, a diverse and historic suburb of Philadelphia, boasts remarkable natural beauty, a strong public school system, and a rich cultural heritage. However, a gradual lack of investment over time has left critical infrastructure in need of repair and commercial corridors struggling.

To address these challenges, a dedicated group of residents have relaunched the Cheltenham Community Development (CCD), a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) organization committed to revitalizing the township. CCD's mission is to foster community engagement, support small business growth, and implement modern urban design principles with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
